Submit a Review

Reviews are what make FlowVetted’s rankings mean something. Every Provider Satisfaction Index (PSI) score is built entirely from verified client reviews — not star ratings alone — so a few honest, specific sentences from you directly shape how businesses discover and trust automation providers.

Who this is for

This page is for anyone who has directly hired or worked with a provider listed on FlowVetted — as a client, or as the person on your team who managed the engagement. We don’t accept reviews from people who haven’t actually worked with the provider, including the provider’s own team, competitors, or friends of the business.

Before you start

You’ll need to verify your identity, typically through your business email or an account login, so we can confirm you’re a real client rather than an anonymous submission. Reviews that can’t be verified this way are never included in a provider’s PSI or shown as ranked feedback. FlowVetted does not remove or edit genuine reviews at a provider’s request — this is what keeps scores meaningful.

What we ask you to rate

You’ll score the provider on four factors, each on a 0–10 scale. Delivery Quality asks whether the automation they built actually matched what was agreed. Communication covers how responsive and clear they were throughout the project. Value asks whether the outcome was worth what you paid. Reliability covers consistency, meeting deadlines, and support after delivery. These four factors, weighted together, produce the provider’s published PSI — the exact formula is public on our Vetting process page.

What we ask you to write

Alongside your scores, we ask for a short written description of the engagement — at least 40 words — covering what you hired the provider to build and how it turned out. This is what separates a real review from a rating with no context, and it’s often the most useful part for other businesses evaluating the same provider. You can optionally add the type of project (for example, “Shopify order automation” or “client onboarding workflow”) and a screenshot of the result, though neither is required.

What we don’t allow

Reviews should describe your actual experience — no fabricated outcomes, no reviews written on behalf of someone else, and no compensation from the provider in exchange for a review. We investigate reviews that appear fake, coordinated, or manipulated, and removing genuine but unflattering reviews at a provider’s request is not something we do.

What happens after you submit

Once verified, your review is added to the provider’s total. If this brings them to at least 10 verified reviews, their PSI is calculated and published immediately, and they move into the ranked comparisons on relevant category pages. Below that threshold, reviews are still visible on the provider’s profile, but no composite score is shown yet — we never estimate a PSI early to fill the gap.

Start your review

Search for the provider you worked with from their category page or directly on their profile, and look for “Submit a review.” If you can’t find the provider, they may not yet be listed — you can suggest them through our contact form.
