Claim Your FlowVetted Listing
If your agency already appears on FlowVetted, claiming it is free and takes a few minutes. Claiming lets you correct your profile, add case studies, and start collecting verified reviews toward your Provider Satisfaction Index (PSI).
Why your listing exists
FlowVetted builds its initial listings from publicly available business information — your official website, publicly stated services, and public professional profiles. You have not been charged, and no personal data was collected in this process. Claiming your listing simply lets you confirm the details and take ownership of your profile.
What claiming gives you
Once you claim your listing, you can correct or update any field, add your platforms, industries, and case studies, and start collecting verified reviews from real clients. Claimed listings are eligible to move from “community” to Verified status once your details are confirmed. Claiming does not change your ranking — your position in category pages is still determined solely by your PSI, once you have at least 10 verified reviews.
How to claim
First, find your listing by searching your agency name or browsing the relevant category page. Second, click “Claim this listing” on your profile and verify that you represent the business — typically confirmed through your official business email or website. Third, review and update your profile details. Fourth, choose a plan: stay on Free, or upgrade to Pro or Enterprise if you want to receive client inquiries directly through the platform.
If you’d rather not be listed
You’re not required to claim or keep a listing. If you prefer to be removed entirely, submit a data removal request and we’ll process it promptly.
Questions before you claim
Claiming is free and does not commit you to a paid plan. It does not affect your ranking, which is based only on verified reviews.
